All ticket holders are expected to adhere to the guidelines, procedures and policies set forth by Friends University. In the event of a postponement and ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the ticket holder will need to contact Friends University Athletics a minimum of 12 hours prior to the event to receive a refund minus the processing fee.
